My godson and aunts are coming for a visit from Atlanta tonight, and I am so excited! He just turned 5 (two days after my birthday, which made him the best belated birthday present I've ever gotten). Tomorrow we're going on a whale watch and doing some tie-dying- I can't wait! We took this picture right before his 2nd birthday.

I'm backkk....

Hello! I missed you all so much! Did you miss me? I started a new job the day after I got back from Bermuda, and I've been so so busy with that and unpacking and errands and such that I haven't had any time to post. I feel terribly guilty! So here are a couple ones to keep you until I have a chance to do a couple Bermuda picture posts.

Vacation Timeeee!

Tomorrow morning I leave for a week to go to Bermuda! Right now I'm frantically packing and my living room looks like its been ransacked by a pack of dress-loving lady-wolves. Not even an exaggeration. I'm not bringing a computer in hopes that I'll be able to break my internet addiction and be able to relax while I'm gone :)  I'm going to leave you with some pictures from the spectacular 4th.

Fabulous Friday

Here are some things that are FABulous in my life right now...
It is a fantastically gorgeous day here by the ocean. I am oh so lucky to live by the water.

This time next week, I will be on the deck of a cruise ship that will be embarking on a 7-day trip from Boston to Bermuda...

Oh, and did I mention that the cruise is over my BIRTHDAY? July 14th, in case anyone wants to send presents. Or comments. Or typed love. 

Another thing that is very fabulous is that it is my very FAVORITE holiday in 3 days. Every year, my family helps run their town's 4th of July festivities, which include a parade, field races, a pie-eating contest, and some of the very best fireworks in the U.S. of A. They rival Boston's 4th of July. Seriously. We always have a giant family beach day and cookout before we all walk down and watch the fireworks together at a local park. Some of best memories are from the 4th. 

It truly is a FABulous friday :)
